Chats
Give instructions and check results in the same chat.
A chat keeps the messages and results for one task.
Start a chat
- Open the space for the work.
- Select Chats.
- Select New conversation.
- Describe the task in the message box.
Read this week’s report. List three risks that the report states.
- Send the message.
Add source material
- Type @ in the message box.
- Select the file or chat you need to reference.
- Send your request.
Drag a local file into the chat message box to upload it.
Adjust the work
- Enter your new instructions in the same chat.
- Send the message.
Name the source section for each risk.
You can send more instructions while Xiaoji works.
Check the result
- Open the returned result.
- Check its content against the source.
- Request corrections in the same chat.
Note: Chats and files stay in their space. Use a new chat for another task. See Permissions and sharing.
