Settings
Use the Settings window to check personal preferences, usage, and organization information.
Settings, Organization, Archived, Changelog, and User guide open in the same Settings window.
Open Settings
- Open the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar.
- Select Settings.
- Select the section you need.
Choose a section
Set your avatar color and notification preferences.
General
View the usage information you have permission to see.
Usage
Use View as to check the spaces you can access. A person’s directory entry does not grant space access.
Organization
Find archived content you have permission to see.
Archived
Read the product’s release notes. An update notice appears above the sidebar account row when a new version is available.
Changelog
Find instructions for your tasks.
User guide
Handle a problem
- Read the short error notice at the bottom right.
- Record the failed action and item name.
- Follow the notice to correct the problem.
- Give these details to your administrator if the problem continues.
Note: Include only material the recipient can access when you report a problem. See FAQ.
